The role requires interpreting standards, designing test plans, and developing automation to drive RF test equipment. Strong documentation and cross-functional collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Test Engineering experience.
• Ability to interpret hardware specifications into a test plan.
• Experience automating RF test equipment and lab instrumentation.
• Proficiency with SCPI and Python for automation.
• Hands-on RF test equipment experience.
• Ability to architect test setups and automate test sequences.
• Strong documentation and reporting skills.
• Cross-functional collaboration with hardware/software teams.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the full test lifecycle for 5G NTN UE solutions from strategy through maintenance.
• Translate standards and customer requirements into detailed test plans.
• Specify RF test equipment and develop automation to drive it.
• Execute tests, capture data, and validate results against requirements.
• Document and report results, failures, and risks to stakeholders.
• Maintain and improve the test suite as requirements evolve.
• Drive continuous improvement of test processes, tooling and coverage.
