Qualifications

• BS or higher in Electrical or Computer Engineering from an accredited university.
• 5+ years of experience with RF test systems; required with a bachelor’s, or 4+ years with a master’s.
• High proficiency with RF measurements (Linearity, NSD, EVM).
• Test architecture design including scripting, test executives, hardware, and measurement abstraction layers.
• Proficiency with statistics and metrology as related to RF test design.
• Hands-on experience with lab instruments such as digital oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, RF signal generators, and vector signal analyzers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with design and test teams to develop test requirements.
• Map requirements to reusable test architectures and procedures.
• Implement test plans and procedures and log results.
• Guide lab and equipment management and equipment purchase decisions.
• Architect RF test systems and contribute to design-for-test planning from early RF product development.
• Present engineering design review materials to customers and executive team and participate in proposal writing.
