Job summary

Everforth Apex Systems is seeking an RF Systems Test Engineer to join a dynamic team in San Diego, onsite. The role focuses on developing test methodologies, building and maintaining test benches, and collaborating with cross-functional engineering teams to ensure product performance.

Responsibilities include validating phased array performance, lab/RF chamber testing, and data analysis to drive root-cause resolution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field, or equivalent industry experience.
• 7+ years in systems testing, RF design/verification with launched products.
• Proficiency in Python for lab automation and scripting; hands-on RF measurement experience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with software, firmware, and RFIC engineers to validate phased array performance.
• Develop and execute test methodologies for lab and RF chamber testing.
• Build, maintain, and optimize test benches.
• Set up, automate, calibrate, and troubleshoot lab equipment.
• Integrate end-to-end RF communications system.
• Collect, interpret, and analyze large test data sets; perform root-cause analysis.
