Qualifications

• Leadership of PDRs/CDRs and test readiness reviews.
• Ability to produce marketing whitepapers and technical reports.
• Knowledge of engineering documentation processes and test plans.
• TS/SCI clearance and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain system-level requirements for RF systems and SDR/DSP interfaces.
• Conduct trade studies to evaluate design options and feasibility.
• Perform RF design modeling to optimize performance and link budgets.
• Lead architecture and detailed design of integrated RF systems.
• Drive integration, testing, and debugging across hardware, firmware, and OS.
• Create test plans and validate system requirements.
• Interface with multidisciplinary teams and government clients; mentor junior engineers.
• Support TPM tracking and risk mitigation throughout the program lifecycle.
