Job summary
VTG is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to support a mission-focused RF Processing System at Fort Meade, MD. You will contribute to system architecture, dataflow management, and technical documentation for lifecycle activities in a hybrid work setting.
The role requires TS/SCI with Poly, DoD IA II equivalents, and extensive experience with RF systems, NiFi, and cross-domain coordination. Sign-on bonus up to $10,000 is available for eligible candidates.
Qualifications
- US Citizenship with TS/SCI with Poly is required.
- Bachelor's degree in a related technical discipline or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 14 years of systems engineering experience on similar programs is required.
- Experience supporting Radio Frequency systems and analog-to-digital dataflows.
Responsibilities
- Apply systems engineering across the life cycle: requirements to sustainment.
- Support RF systems and dataflow/conversion processes.
- Monitor production NiFi environments for data flow health and issues.
- Create and update system drawings, RF antenna drawings, and network diagrams.
- Coordinate data samples for testing, analysis, or troubleshooting.
- Use Jira/Confluence to document activities and track issues to resolution.
