Job summary

HII Mission Technologies seeks an experienced RF engineering and electromagnetic spectrum professional supporting AFLCMC Fighters/Bombers at Wright-Patterson AFB, OH, delivering spectrum management, test management, technical analyses, and acquisition support across weapon-system modernization and sustainment.

The role requires hybrid work with on-site presence and up to 20% travel, leveraging capabilities in EMC/EMI, E3, and spectrum analysis to ensure regulatory compliance and mission

Qualifications

• Active Secret clearance with ability to obtain TS/SCI
• Proven DoW spectrum-management experience including Equipment Spectrum Certification and frequency assignments
• Knowledge of NTIA spectrum regulations, ITU Radio Regulations, and FCC requirements
• Experience conducting RF testing and EMC/EMI/E3 testing on airborne/ground systems
• Strong written and verbal communication with technical ownership

Responsibilities

• Lead DoW electromagnetic spectrum management and spectrum supportability activities
• Develop and coordinate Equipment Spectrum Certification and RF frequency assignments
• Apply NTIA/ITU/FCC regulations to spectrum-dependent systems
• Perform RF spectrum, compatibility, and interference analysis
• Develop SSRAs and post-test reports; recommend corrective actions
• Lead technical discussions balancing mission effectiveness, risk, cost, and schedule
