Job description

ManTech seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Senior RF Spectrum Technician to join our team working in Crane, IN. This is an onsite position.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Utilize ground tactical Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) collection to successfully perform technology assessments and evaluations in support of the Special Operations Forces (SOF) community

Develop test plans into test cases

Travel up to 25% within the continental United States

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or business OR an Associated degree in a technical discipline or business and an additional 4 years of experience OR High school diploma or equivalent and an additional 6 years of experience.

3+ years of experience in Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) collection

Practical experience in RF principles wireless communication and data networks

Must understand the tactical level Concepts of Operations (CONOPS) and Training Project Plan (TPP) in the use of similar technologies

Preferred Qualifications:

Understanding of required test equipment for each assessment and evaluation event when developing test plans into test cases

Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering preferred but not required with appropriate tactical collection level experience.

Clearance Requirements:

Must be a U.S. Citizen and possess an active or current Top Secret with SCI eligibility Security Clearance

Physical Requirements:

The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.

Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
