Job summary

Modern Technology Solutions, Inc. (MTSI) in Dayton, Ohio seeks an RF Sensor Modeling and Simulation Engineer to join a small, empowered team. You will leverage your M&S experience to build system, subsystem, and component models for aerospace applications.

You will develop RF sensor models, simulate antenna elements and arrays, and integrate these models into complex architectures, including engagement-level and hardware-in-the-loop setups.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of modeling and simulation software development experience.
• Experience with MATLAB/Simulink and electromagnetic simulation software.
• Understanding RF sensor principles and capabilities, including airborne radar, EW and EA.

Responsibilities

• Develop RF sensor models, algorithms and simulation software; perform trade-space analysis.
• Develop complex antenna element and array models and integrate into larger system models and simulations.
• Document software/hardware characteristics; design tests, collect data, and generate reports.
• Integrate models into engagement-level, theater-level, and hardware-in-the-loop architectures.
