Job summary

KBR, Inc. seeks a Senior RF Engineer to provide expert RF and radar subject matter expertise for DoD and Intelligence Community programs in Huntsville, AL.

You will lead multidisciplinary technical efforts, translate findings into actionable recommendations, and prepare authoritative reports and briefings for senior decision-makers. The role requires mentoring engineers, developing radar models, and guiding complex technical analytics across government and industry teams while ensuring security

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or closely related field.
• 15+ years of progressively responsible RF engineering/radar experience.
• Expertise in radar systems and subsystems and foreign weapon systems.
• Experience leading all-source scientific and technical intelligence analyses.
• Ability to lead complex programs and multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to present technical findings to senior government and mission stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior RF and radar SME for complex analyses.
• Provide technical oversight for radar system and subsystem analyses for customers.
• Lead large, multidisciplinary hardware programs including multinational efforts.
• Conduct all-source intelligence analyses of current and future weapon systems.
• Develop and assess radar modeling and simulation studies.
• Advise government sponsors on technical risks and capabilities.
• Plan and lead technical exchanges and deliverables with IC, defense, and industry partners.
• Mentor engineers and deliver radar training to government workforce.
