Job summary

Weeghman & Briggs in Huntsville, AL seeks a Senior RF/Radar Reverse Engineer to support critical government initiatives onsite. You will analyze requirements, translate them into actionable RF solutions, and collaborate across teams to deliver secure, compliant results.

The role requires a TS/SCI clearance and extensive DoD program experience. The ideal candidate has deep RF phenomenology, signal processing expertise, and a track record of identifying vulnerabilities and improving mission

Qualifications

Active TS/SCI clearance required for on-site work.
Minimum 12 years of experience with a Master’s degree related to the labor category; or 17 total years with a related bachelor’s.
Experience supporting government or DoD programs and RF/radar analysis.

Responsibilities

Support mission-critical programs in secure government environments.
Analyze requirements and translate them into actionable RF solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results.
Ensure compliance with contract and security standards.
Measure electromagnetic signatures of foreign radar and EW devices; assess RF signals and system performance.
