Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance is required.
• Experience supporting government or DoD programs.
• 17 total years can substitute for a Master's degree (Bachelor's + 12 years).
• Experience in RF phenomenology, radar, waveform analysis, signal processing, antennas, emitter characterization, EW.

Responsibilities

• Support mission-critical programs in secure government environments.
• Analyze requirements and translate them into actionable solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results.
• Ensure compliance with contract and security standards.
• Contribute ideas to improve processes, efficiency, and performance.
• Measure and characterize electromagnetic signatures of foreign radar, communications, and EW devices; assess RF signals, system performance, vulnerabilities, and implications.
