The ideal candidate will analyze electromagnetic signatures, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure compliance with security standards while contributing to mission success. A strong background in RF phenomenology and system-level analysis is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 20 years of experience with a Master's related to the labor category.
• Active TS/SCI clearance required.
• Experience supporting government or DoD programs.
• Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support mission-critical programs in secure government environments.
• Analyze requirements and translate them into actionable solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results.
• Ensure compliance with contract and security standards.
• Contribute ideas to improve processes, efficiency, and performance.
• Measure and characterize electromagnetic signatures of foreign radar, communications, and EW devices; assess transmitted/received RF signals, system performance, vulnerabilities, and friendly detect/identify/track implications. What You Bring
