Job summary

TSC in Huntsville, AL is seeking a Senior RF Manufacturing Test Engineer to lead production test for defense RF systems, including seekers and antennas. You will own test strategies, calibration robustness, and yield optimization on the manufacturing floor.

This hands-on role requires diagnosing complex RF issues, driving transition from development to production, and mentoring engineers in RF measurements, data analysis, and test automation.

Qualifications

• Hands-on RF/microwave production experience in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead test strategy and yield optimization for RF systems.
• Own resolution of complex production issues including intermittent failures.
• Drive transition of RF hardware from development into production with robust test coverage.
• Develop and deploy automated RF production test solutions and calibration routines.
• Mentor engineers in RF debugging, measurement techniques and best practices.
• Communicate risk and readiness with program management and customers.
