Job summary

Acara Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Staff-Level Product Engineer in the RF Power Group to drive innovation and manufacturing excellence across RF power systems used in semiconductor equipment.

You will influence product engineering processes, supplier development, and lifecycle problem resolution, collaborating with global suppliers and manufacturing teams to deliver high-performance RF power generators and matching networks.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Product Engineering, RF/Electrical engineering or related fields.
• 5+ years supporting semiconductor equipment or capital equipment environments.
• 3+ years leading cross-functional projects and NPI.

Responsibilities

• Support RF power system product development, qualification, manufacturing, and supplier engineering activities.
• Lead investigations and resolution of component, product, manufacturing, quality, and supplier issues.
