The role involves collaborating with global suppliers, analyzing root causes, and driving improvements in manufacturing processes and quality systems to ensure high performance and reliability.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in semiconductor equipment engineering or RF power systems.
• 5+ years in high power RF environments (1-60 MHz).
• 5+ years in system-level problem-solving, product qualification, and change management.
• 3+ years using electrical measurement tools such as oscilloscopes, network analyzers, and spectrum analyzers.

Responsibilities

• Lead product engineering initiatives across RF power systems throughout the product lifecycle.
• Solve complex system- and component-level issues in semiconductor equipment.
• Collaborate with global suppliers to improve manufacturing processes, quality systems, and corrective actions.
• Support new product introduction (NPI) with a focus on reliability and performance.
• Analyze root cause issues and drive corrective actions using structured problem-solving methodologies.
• Oversee supplier quality, testing, and manufacturing process improvements.
