HRL Laboratories is seeking an experienced RF/mmW Engineer to contribute to the development of next generation components. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in RF circuit/module design and a strong educational background in Electrical Engineering.

Located in Calabasas, California, this role offers a competitive salary range of $140,700 - $175,950 and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and 401K matching.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience with RF & mmW circuit/module design and testing.
• Strong knowledge of RF passive and active circuits and RF test.
• Familiarity with silicon and/or III‑V MMIC process design kit desired.

Responsibilities

• Contribute technical expertise in RF/mmW components development.
• Responsible for RF and mmW components design/test.
• Engage in schematic/layout generation and RF system design.
