Job summary

Anritsu in Morgan Hill, CA is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineer to lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of manufacturing methods for RF/microwave parts and assemblies. You will work with design engineers to release new products and drive manufacturability improvements across cost, quality, and reliability.

Applicants should have a BSEE or higher and 3–5 years of RF/microwave engineering experience, with hands-on expertise in analog and digital electronics, troubleshooting,

Qualifications

• BSEE or higher
• 3–5 years in RF/Microwave products in an engineering role or equivalent
• Working knowledge of analog and digital electronics; read schematics and troubleshoot to component level
• Hands-on problem solving in manufacturing or R&D environments
• Familiar with RF microwave theory and manufacturing processes; RF test and measurement equipment is highly desirable

Responsibilities

• Controlling the release and maintenance of product documentation and specifications
• Interfacing with design engineering in coordinating the release of new products
• Evaluating designs and implementing redesigns to improve performance, reliability, manufacturability, and reduce cost
• Estimating manufacturing costs and recommending tooling and process requirements
• Reporting to the Manufacturing Engineer Manager based in Morgan Hill, CA
• Collaborate with suppliers and contract manufacturers to improve product quality, manufacturability, cost, and delivery performance
