Job summary

iRF Solutions is seeking an experienced RF/MW design engineer to lead the design of RF/microwave receivers and frequency converters for SIGINT and EW applications. The role requires hands-on PCB-based RF circuitry up to 18 GHz and top-level architecture design experience.

You will collaborate with multi-discipline teams, present designs to customers, and contribute to white papers and technical proposals. Onsite in Sparks, MD with a 9/80 schedule, and eligibility for security clearance is

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in RF/microwave circuit design with 6+ years related experience or a Graduate Degree with 4+ years related experience.
• Hands-on PCB-based RF/MW circuitry design experience up to 18 GHz.
• Experience with receiver/frequency converter system design and frequency planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead RF/MW design contributor and project lead for key design initiatives.
• Present technical designs to customers to support reviews and proposals.
• Provide technical support for business development activities and white papers.
