I am recruiting a Senior RF/mmWave ASIC Designer to join a growing organisation in Belgium.

Responsibilities
  1. Defining specifications and guiding system-level design for RF/mmWave modules.
  2. Executing circuit design, layout, and verification processes for RF/mmWave building blocks.
  3. Performing comprehensive 2D and 3D electromagnetic (EM) simulations to optimize design parameters.
  4. Thoroughly preparing for measurements to ensure accurate data collection.
Qualifications
  1. A BSc (Hons) or higher degree (MSc/PhD) in electrical engineering with a specialization in analog, RF, and mmWave ASIC design.
  2. Hands-on experience in transistor-level RF/mmWave IC design, showcasing proficiency in advanced CMOS, SOI, and/or SiGe technologies.
  3. Expertise in design for production and a demonstrated command of leading IC design tools.
  4. Proven experience in transistor-level layout extraction and verification, electromagnetic modelling, and laboratory work.
  5. Proficiency in scripting languages such as MATLAB and Python.
