Job summary

Research Innovations, Inc. (RII) seeks a Senior Hardware Integration Engineer to join the Dragonfly hardware team onsite in Alexandria, VA.

This hands-on role supports hardware integration, production, testing, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of next‑generation RF and electronic warfare hardware. You will collaborate with production technicians, the Lab Manager, and engineering teams to turn designs into reliable hardware, develop SOPs, and establish scalable manufacturing processes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hardware engineering or related field.
• Hands-on experience with integrating, producing, testing, and troubleshooting complex electronic systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on engineering support to Dragonfly production line: integration, bring-up, testing, troubleshooting, and rework.
• Diagnose hardware issues with production technicians and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, work instructions, and test procedures.
