Job summary

You will drive complex RF solutions from concept to prototype, guiding cross-domain teams including RF, antenna, modem, and software. The role demands strong leadership, system Modeling, and hands-on validation to enable 5G Advanced and 6G innovations.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical & Computer Engineering, Applied Physics, or related field with 8+ years experience, or PhD with 5+ years.
• Strong background in RF hardware design, system architecture, and cross-domain integration.
• Experience leading architecture evaluations and technical reviews at system level.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead RF system architecture for advanced wireless platforms and next-generation products.
• Drive partitioning and tradeoffs across RF hardware, RFIC, antenna, modem, algorithms, and software.
• Lead design reviews, risk assessments, and architecture decisions across disciplines.
• Lead RF bring-up, debugging, characterization, and validation activities.
• Develop and validate RF system models and simulations for performance verification.
• Contribute to patent generation and future wireless technology development.
