Job summary

EVONA is seeking a Senior RF Engineer in San Francisco to develop innovative RF systems for satellite technology. This hands-on role involves working across various RF communications and payload subsystems, focusing on design, implementation, and testing.

Ideal candidates will have experience in RF hardware design, PCB layout, and familiarity with RF tools. The position offers a competitive salary of $150k–$170k, equity, and comprehensive benefits including 401(k) matching and relocation support.

Qualifications

• Experience in RF hardware design at microwave and/or mmWave frequencies.
• Familiarity with link budgets, noise figure, and linearity.
• Proficiency in RF/EM tools such as ADS or HFSS.

Responsibilities

• Own RF systems from architecture and design to PCB implementation.
• Conduct testing, validation, and qualification of RF systems.
• Work with RF communications and payload subsystems.
