Job summary

Peraton is seeking a Radio Frequency Engineer to support the SITEC program at Camp H.M. Smith, HI. You will design, install, and optimize RF networks across multiple bands, establish test facilities, and work with government and vendor teams in a high-stakes environment.

The role requires 3+ years in RF engineering, DoD TS/SCI clearance, and strong communication and problem-solving skills. You will help maintain and document RF infrastructure and support NETOps for USSOCOM missions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of RF engineering experience.
• Clearance: DoD TS/SCI clearance is required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Engineer enterprise RF networks across UHF, L, C and Ku bands.
• Establish RF test facilities and coordinate with vendors and government partners.
• Conduct RF coverage/site surveys and document RF infrastructure and design.
• Lead requirements analysis, design, development, and documentation for USSOCOM missions.
• Provide technical RF expertise and problem-solve hardware/software issues.
• Maintain software/hardware/networks and update detailed system manuals.
