Acara Solutions is seeking a Sr Advanced Manufacturing/Production Operator – Component Level in Canonsburg, PA for a contract-to-direct role in the defense sector. You will participate in the assembly, fabrication, integration, and inspection of advanced electronic and mechanical systems including RF cables and harnesses.

The role emphasizes hands-on build, test, and troubleshooting of complex hardware, with a background in circuit card assembly, soldering, and software loading on devices.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6+ years in electronics manufacturing or related environments.
• 5+ years circuit card assembly and component-level electronic assembly.
• 4+ years building, integrating, testing, and inspecting electronic hardware and assemblies.

Responsibilities

• Perform production assembly and fabrication on electronic and mechanical assemblies, subassemblies, modules, boards, panels, frames, drawers, and cable assemblies.
• Build and integrate hardware for prototypes, development programs, and production systems.
• Assemble and inspect circuit card assemblies and component-level electronic hardware.
• Build RF cables, multifunction cables, and wire harnesses.
• Soldering and cable termination to meet RF performance requirements.
• Conduct inspection, testing, and verification on assemblies and integrated systems.
• Load, configure, and verify software on hardware devices.
• Support fabrication, labeling, and documentation requirements.
• Participate in quality and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, quality, and supply chain teams.
