Job summary

ManpowerGroup Global, Inc. in Ocunee, South Carolina is seeking a Senior RF Design Engineer to design wireless communication products across the lifecycle.

You will drive RF circuit design from concept through production, working with cross-functional teams to ensure performance and reliability. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in EE and at least 5 years in RF/wireless design, with hands-on measurement using spectrum analyzers, oscilloscopes, and network analyzers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in EE or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of RF design experience.
• Strong understanding of RF and microwave theory.
• Knowledge of RF system design and wireless principles.

Responsibilities

• Design, modify, and manage RF and communication products from concept to release.
• Lead RF circuit design from concept to manufacturing (transceiver, RF PA, LNA, filters, matching, synthesizers, VCOs, mixers).
• Conduct RF circuit measurements using spectrum analyzers, oscilloscopes, and network analyzers.
• Verify designs meet specs through analysis, simulation, and measurement; document results.
• Support field studies and system testing to validate performance and reliability.

What's the Job?

• Design, modify, and manage activities for specific RF and communication products from conception through production and release.
• Lead RF circuit design from concept to manufacturing, including transceiver design, RF PA, LNA, filters, matching, synthesizers, VCOs, and mixers.
• Conduct RF circuit measurements utilizing laboratory spectrum analyzers, oscilloscopes, and network analyzers to ensure design accuracy.
• Verify that designs meet technical requirements through analysis, simulation, and measurement, documenting results thoroughly.

What's Needed?
