Job summary

Parker Hannifin Corporation in Irvine, CA seeks a Senior Test Technician (Electronics) to perform in-depth testing, troubleshooting and repairs on RF/Analog electronics assemblies and subassemblies. You will create detailed reports on customer returns and assist Quality and Engineering with failure analysis.

RF testing and theory are essential; associate degree with 6+ years of related experience preferred. Must operate volt meters, oscilloscopes and power supplies; ESS testing may be required.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or 6+ years related experience or equivalent.
• Proficiency with test equipment (multimeters, oscilloscopes, power supplies).
• Experience with RF/analog electronics and CDS reports.
• Ability to read schematics and follow procedures.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoots RF/analog circuits to component level using schematics.
• Performs detailed tests on RF cables, modules, controllers and dispensers.
• Conducts Environmental Stress Screening (ESS) tests as required.
• Documents failure data and participates in root-cause analysis with quality/engineering.
• Prepares detailed RMAs reports outlining methods and results.
