Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master of Science in Electrical Engineering
• 5–10 years of experience designing complex electronic systems
• Strong RF and microwave circuit design background
• Experience with analog and mixed-signal design (ADCs, DACs, power supplies)
• Expertise in schematic capture and high-frequency PCB design/layout
• Laboratory skills with RF/test equipment
• Experience designing test fixtures and prototyping
• Ability to analyze system-level tradeoffs and mitigate risks
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to present to diverse audiences
• Proven ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams
• Experience mentoring junior engineers

Responsibilities

• Design and develop RF assemblies, analog and mixed-signal circuits, including ADCs, DACs, and power supply circuitry
• Create detailed schematics and oversee the layout of high-frequency PCBs
• Design test fixtures, support prototype bring-up and testing, and troubleshoot hardware issues
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing, quality, and program management
• Provide guidance, mentoring, and training to junior engineers to strengthen the engineering team’s capabilities
