BF Construction Inc. in Westminster, CA is seeking an experienced Senior Revit Construction Drafter/Designer to join our in-house team.

This advanced role requires ownership of drawings, identifying missing information, coordinating disciplines, and delivering accurate construction documents with minimal direction. You will develop detailed Revit models, create permit and construction drawing sets, and work closely with project managers, engineers, and field teams to keep projects on schedule in

Qualifications

• 5+ years advanced Revit drafting in commercial construction.
• Proficient in Revit 2D/3D construction documentation.
• Ability to read and coordinate architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
• Experience producing permit and construction drawing sets.
• Attention to detail and drawing accuracy.
• Strong communication with office and field teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed Revit models for commercial projects.
• Produce permit, bid, coordination, and construction-ready drawings.
• Create plans, elevations, sections, details, schedules, and coordination drawings.
• Coordinate architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing information within Revit.
• Review drawings for constructability and resolve conflicts.
• Translate field conditions and consultant drawings into construction documents.
• Maintain drawing sets and project documentation across multiple projects.
• Work with project managers, superintendents, engineers, and field teams.
• Take ownership and meet deadlines.
