Qualtrics is seeking a Principal Analyst II Revenue Strategy & Operations (North America) to optimize the revenue engine across sales and strategy. The role shapes go-to-market plans, drives forecasting rigor for large deals, and partners with Finance, Marketing, and Legal to execute strategic initiatives.

You will lead cross-functional efforts, provide analytics-backed insights, and help the NA sales organization achieve ambitious targets with data-driven decisions.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of experience in Sales, Sales Operations, Finance, or Management Consulting with GTM focus.
• At least 5 years in software industry and cloud platform businesses.
• Experience with Salesforce reporting/analytics required.
• Experience with Power BI or Tableau or similar data visualization tools.

Aufgaben

• Serve as trusted advisor to Sales leadership; shape go-to-market strategy.
• Drive forecasting rigor across deals, including large multi-stakeholder opportunities.
• Monitor named-account pipeline and win/loss patterns; partner to close gaps.
• Own annual and quarterly GTM planning; model business, set quotas, design territories.
• Collaborate with Deal Desk and Legal on negotiation strategy for large opportunities.
• Drive adoption of tools, processes, and operating rhythms up to executive reviews.
• Build cross-functional relationships with Finance, Marketing, Enablement, Ecosystem.
