Job description

Operating at the intersection of traditional finance and cutting-edge technology, FalconX addresses the industry's foremost challenges: Navigating the digital asset market can be complex and fragmented, with limited products and services that support trading strategies, structures, and liquidity found in conventional financial markets. As a comprehensive solution for all digital asset strategies from start to scale, FalconX operates as the connective tissue empowering clients with seamless navigation through the ever-evolving cryptocurrency landscape.

Location: New York, NY (Hybrid)

We are seeking a Senior Associate of Revenue Operations to elevate our Revenue Operations function!

In 2023-2024, the Revenue Operations function at FalconX has matured significantly. Core pillars have been implemented and/or solidified. A cadence of reporting exists, recurring operational support is in place, and insights are produced that drive business planning and results.

Now, the opportunity exists to take the RevOps org to the next level. The RevOps team is seen as a critical enabler, and as such is experiencing increased demands to provide insights, thought partnership, and project management support. However, going into these additional value-driving activities requires bandwidth to go beyond the core work underway. This role provides the bandwidth by both (1) supporting and taking ownership of some of the existing core work and also (2) supporting and taking ownership of the additional value-added work that is being requested.

This role has the opportunity to engage independently with other Company senior leaders. This role will over time be asked to develop their own perspectives and priorities on key work while appropriately managing their existing responsibilities. This will help the person in this role grow into the next level.

Key Role Responsibilities
  • Strategic initiatives
    • Support post-merger integration execution
    • Project manage critical initiatives to ensure transparency, accountability, and execution

    • Support or own recurring reporting:
      • Weekly revenue updates
      • Monthly revenue updates
    • Drive ideation and execution on how the Revenue org and business overall can grow:
      • Conduct analyses on pipeline to determine health of opportunity creation and impact on future revenue creation
      • Conduct analyses on customer activity to find new opportunities for revenue
      • Conduct analyses on market scenarios to benchmark performance vs expectations
  • Core deliverables to drive Revenue function operations
    • Support or own key recurring activities that are necessary to the proper functioning of the revenue organization:
      • Account split / territory management
      • Validating account coverage
      • Pipeline cleanup
      • Validating appropriate tiering of accounts
      • Ensuring correct parent-child mapping
      • Ensure correct reporting region is tagged
  • Major RevOps initiatives that set operating and organizational models for the Revenue organization:
    • Support or own compensation setting and tracking for revenue team
    • Support or own quarterly and annual revenue planning
    • Support or own resource planning for the revenue org
  • Collaborate with sales leaders to identify and address training needs.
  • Develop resources and tools to enhance sales productivity and efficiency.
  • Tooling and Data
    • Experience with Excel and Google Sheets
    • Comfortable in Google Slides and PowerPoint
    • Familiarity with Salesforce and BI / visualization tools like Sigma

This role provides a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on our business through strategic initiative execution, insight delivery, and core operation management.

  • Well-developed analytical skills with the ability to glean insights from data
