Nebraska Medicine is seeking a Senior Revenue Integrity Analyst to help ensure accurate revenue management through audits, coding reviews, and reimbursement processes. You’ll collaborate with Patient Financial Services, clinical departments, and Compliance to prevent issues before they affect payment.
Minimum three years in revenue integrity or hospital coding, a HIM-related bachelor’s, and knowledge of CPT/HCPCS/ ICD-10. EPIC HB/PB experience preferred.

Nebraska Medicine is seeking a Revenue Integrity Analyst to help ensure accurate charge capture, coding, claims production, and reimbursement. In this hands‑on role, you’ll conduct audits and reviews, investigate revenue‑cycle issues, identify trends and opportunities, and collaborate with Patient Financial Services, clinical departments, compliance positions, and other partners to help prevent issues before they affect reimbursement. You’ll also have the opportunity to contribute to process improvements, provide education, and support solutions that strengthen revenue integrity across the organization. The Senior Revenue Integrity Analyst conducts audit/review activities to ensure appropriate revenue management, charge capture, claims production, coding integrity, and provider code assignment. This position supports education to applicable leadership, implementation support and serves as a facility liaison to Nebraska Medicine's staff as it relates to billing system issues. As part of the Health Information Management Department, reporting directly to the Revenue Integrity Manager, this position has collaborative relationships with Patient Financial Services, Clinical Departments, and Compliance. Conducts special projects and studies to facilitate revenue management as required.
