Red Canary, a Zscaler company, monitors an enterprise’s environment to detect and respond to cybersecurity threats so they can focus on their mission. Our Managed Detection and Response (MDR) solution is a unique blend of human expertise and security, which protects organizations from modern adversaries as their teams work remotely, move to the cloud, and they adopt new cybersecurity and IT technologies.
Cultivating a deep understanding of our technology and platform, as well as the technical sales cycle including how we deliver demos and implement POVs, and support our customers
Connecting with our Sales Engineering and CX teams to understand current knowledge base, gaps, and needs
Working with technical sales and CX leaders, as well as stakeholders across the organization, to develop a holistic enablement program for technical sales personas
Collaborating with our Enablement team, SE/CX teams, Product Marketing, and Product Managers to build material for both virtual and in-person technical enablement learning
Working with our Channel team to support ongoing technical enablement for our growing partner community
Extending the technical enablement program to other personas at Red Canary
Five years of experience in enablement, adult learning & development principles, coaching, and/or teaching, and in developing multimedia learning modules, to be delivered both live and self-paced
Strong background in information security technology and cybersecurity
Proficiency in understanding networking and endpoint security concepts and familiarity with fundamental cloud infrastructure concepts: virtual private clouds (VPCs), compute, elasticity, and the storage, processing, and securing of data
Experience in InfoSec as an engineer, architect, practitioner, or support role
Adept with Windows and Linux command-line and comfortable with configuring systems, troubleshooting, and interacting with scripts or have experience with scripting languages like Python, PowerShell, Ruby, etc.

Zscaler’s salary ranges are benchmarked and are determined by role and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations and could be higher or lower based on a multitude of factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
The base salary range listed for this full-time position excludes commission/ bonus/ equity (if applicable) + benefits.
Base Pay Range
$105,000—$145,000 USD
