Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years in revenue cycle leadership in an FQHC or community health center.
• Strong knowledge of FQHC billing regulations and payer requirements.
• Certified coder (CPC/CCS or equivalent) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review and negotiate payer contracts and reimbursement terms.
• Analyze reimbursement terms and alignment with PPS/wrap payments.
• Monitor payer performance trends and report to CFO.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration to optimize AR and cash flow.
