Job summary

ACI Worldwide is a global leader in real-time payments software. The Senior Revenue Accountant will perform revenue recognition analyses, review contracts, and manage month-end close to ensure accurate invoicing and compliant reporting.

You will collaborate with Sales, Legal, Account Management, and other teams, prepare revenue schedules, monitor deferred and unbilled revenue, and support audits and SOX controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of accounting/finance experience.
• Working knowledge of revenue accounting principles.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Strong analytical and communication abilities.
• Ability to meet close deadlines and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Review signed customer contracts to determine revenue recognition conclusions.
• Perform monthly revenue recognition process and related journal entries.
• Analyze deferred and unbilled revenue and identify variances.
• Prepare SSP-related analyses and revenue schedules.
• Support audits and SOX controls; ensure SOX compliance.
