Job summary

Kaseya is seeking a Revenue Accountant to review customer contracts for ASC 606 revenue recognition and to own the monthly close process.

You will perform journal entries, reconciliations, and revenue analytics, collaborating with Finance, Sales, Legal and Revenue Operations. A Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance with 3–5 years of experience and strong GAAP knowledge are required, with advanced Excel and ERP familiarity. CPA progress and interest in AI/automation tools are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance and 3-5 years of progressive accounting experience.
• Strong GAAP knowledge, advanced Excel skills, and experience with monthly close cycles.
• CPA or progress toward CPA is a plus, with interest in AI and automation tools.

Responsibilities

• Review customer contracts for revenue recognition under ASC 606, including non-standard terms.
• Own monthly close activities, journal entries, reconciliations, and revenue analytics.
• Collaborate with Finance, Sales, Legal, and Revenue Operations to resolve accounting matters.
