Anschutz Exploration is seeking a senior regulatory reporting professional to accurately report volumes, deductions, and taxes by product. The role ensures timely payment of state and federal taxes and royalties, and involves cross-department collaboration to stay informed about operational changes.
The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance, 8–10 years in oil and gas regulatory reporting, and strong Excel/Word skills. Experience with W Energy or Quorum is a plus.
Accurately report volumes, values, deductions, and taxes by product
Ensure timely payment of all taxes and royalties (State & Federal)
Communicate with other departments to keep informed of operational changes and land issues.
Prepare account analysis and reconciliation for revenue regulatory related accounts.
Respond to royalty related inquiries.
Follow all established internal controls or revenue accounting.
Lead special projects as required.

The starting rate for this position is expected to be between $111,000 to $125,000, based on experience, qualifications, and internal pay alignment. Final compensation may vary from this range depending on a variety of factors, including a candidate's education, skills, prior experience, and evolving market conditions. This range represents Anschutz Exploration's good-faith estimate of the pay for this role at the time of posting.
