Transamerica in Denver seeks an experienced Account / Relationship Manager to provide exceptional retirement plan administration and client service. You will partner with clients, executives, and internal teams to deliver strategic plans and superior service.

The role requires strong relationship management, communication, and presentation skills, with knowledge of retirement plan operations and MS Office tools.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in business field or equivalent education/experience
• Five years of customer relationship experience, including three years of retirement industry experience
• Thorough knowledge of daily administration of retirement plans
• Outstanding relationship management and ability to communicate with clients professionally, orally and in writing
• Effective presentation, influence and negotiation skills
• Ability to align behaviors with Transamerica’s Future Fit Culture: Acting as One, Accountability, Agility, Customer Centricity
• Proficiency using MS Office tools, including Excel

Mansioni

• Manage the daily administration of retirement plans and build strong client relationships
• Research issues, develop potential solutions, and negotiate resolutions
• Foster proactive relationships with clients, financial professionals and internal teams to retain clients and grow the service block
• Provide prompt, accurate information meeting quality metrics
• Collaborate with internal partners to address client needs and create action plans
• Serve as SME for recordkeeping, outsourcing and processing capabilities
• Attend training to gain retirement plan knowledge and design specifics
• Gather data from multiple systems to interpret and resolve problems
• Lead client meetings and share best practices with the team
• Mentor new account managers and assist with escalation resolutions and reversals
