OneDigital is seeking a retirement plan sales and business development professional to design and implement qualified retirement plans for clients, while owning a book of business. The role includes analyzing plan structures, communicating value, and ensuring exceptional client service.

The position emphasizes building relationships with sponsors, advising on investment choices, and staying compliant with ERISA and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of exceeding sales goals.
• Strong understanding of ERISA regulations and fiduciary best practices.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work and make decisions independently.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• CRM experience with sales pipeline management (Salesforce preferred).
• Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing business and technology environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline through various channels.
• Effectively communicate the value proposition of retirement plans to prospective clients.
• Achieve and exceed annual sales goals by guiding prospects and closing deals.
• Participate in industry events to generate leads and educate potential clients.
• Lead client relationships with plan sponsors and align strategies to client needs.
• Perform investment advisory services and present a range of plan options.
• Coordinate compliance and regulatory activities and stay informed on changes.
