Cognizant is seeking a Senior Consultant for Insurance Consulting (Retirement & Pension) to transform client retirement programs and pension operations. You will lead engagements, shape strategy, and collaborate with client leaders and Cognizant teams to deliver impactful results.

This remote United States role offers opportunities to grow within the Cognizant Consulting Insurance Practice, with emphasis on ethics, client relationships, and value creation for Fortune 500 clients.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree required in related field.
• 5 years of retirement/pension industry experience.
• Hands-on with DC/DB offerings and pension products.
• Strong ethics and client-first approach.
• Ability to translate objectives into actionable tasks.
• Proven leadership to coach and develop teams.

Mansioni

• Lead and deliver retirement/pension consulting engagements across strategy and operating models.
• Plan, scope, and manage engagements and engagement economics with client and Cognizant leadership.
• Act as trusted adviser, building long-term client relationships.
• Support business development including RFI/RFP responses.
• Coach and mentor consulting teams to ensure deliverable quality.
