Job summary

Mobily-LL seeks a Senior Retail Store Manager to lead overall sales and operations for assigned locations. You will drive customer experience, team performance, and inventory control while implementing company programs and processes.

The role requires proven retail management, coaching excellence, and the ability to recruit, train, and develop staff across shifts; a valid driver’s license is needed to travel between nearby stores.

Qualifications

• Two years proven retail sales management experience.
• Two years of recruiting, hiring, and developing store sales teams.
• Excellent sales skills with ability to meet/exceed performance standards.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Fully accountable for sales, service, and customer experience in-store.
• Lead, coach, and motivate the team to achieve targets.
• Create an environment where employees can excel and perform.
• Ensure timely training and adoption of new products/promotions.
• Partner with district leadership to launch new products and programs.

The SRSM must demonstrate strong leadership skills and develop, implement, and manage their team and company programs and processes.Why join the Mobily Family?Perks of being on the Team!• Unlimited earning potential• Unlimited growth potential• PTO after 90 days• Dental insurance• Health insurance• Vision insurance• Company-paid Life InsuranceRole Responsibilities:• Fully accountable for the execution of sales, service, and customer experience initiatives in-store.• Consistently demonstrate excellent leadership and coaching skills by inspiring, engaging, and motivating the team to succeed.• Create a work environment where all employees can excel.• Always deliver exceptional customer experience.• Fully understand and assist in educating personnel on the compensation plan and ensure employees know how to maximize sales.• Partner with the District Manager and other appropriate parties to successfully launch new products, services, or processes.• Ensure that employees are properly trained on new products and promotions to sell with confidence.• Assist departments such as Human Resources and Loss Prevention in internal investigations.• Assist on the sales floor in order to be available for coaching and developing store personnel.• Schedule and staff to budgeted hours as assigned.• Ensure the team is providing a clean and inviting atmosphere for customers.• Adhere to back-office compliance, processes, procedures, reports, documentation, and policies.• Respond in a timely manner to all communications.• Ensure timely completion of required training within the store.• Always ensure the protection of assets.Job Requirements• Two (2) years proven retail sales management experience (interactive sales process, commissioned sales)• Two (2) years of recruiting, hiring, and developing successful store sales teams• Excellent sales skills and demonstrated ability to meet or exceed performance standards.• Ability to motivate, lead, and develop others.• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays per business needs.• Ability to operate a personal computer, wireless equipment, copier, and fax.• Effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.• Ability to have reliable transportation to assist at other locations within 30 minutes’ radius from the home store when needed.• Must have a valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
