This temporary position offers an hourly rate and will coordinate governance, supplier relations, and cross-functional collaboration to optimize value and performance worldwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Real Estate, or related field.
• 10+ years of strategic sourcing, procurement, or commercial management experience.
• Minimum 5 years of direct experience supporting corporate real estate, workplace, design, or construction programs.
• Demonstrated experience leading complex RFPs and global sourcing initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead global strategic category strategies for design, construction, project management, furniture, workplace technology, and facilities services.
• Oversee capital projects procurement globally, including RFIs, RFQs, and RFPs.
• Negotiate contracts and manage terms with suppliers and risk.
• Develop supplier scorecards and governance programs for performance.
• Advise project managers on budgeting, forecasting, and change orders.
