Job summary

Harbor Freight Tools is seeking a Senior Retail Sales Associate (full-time) to join our high-performing team. You will deliver a great customer experience, process sales, promote company programs, and help keep the store safe, clean, and organized.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Preferred: 1 year experience in retail or customer service.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers and associates.
• Open availability with the ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Attendance is required.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long shifts, and operate a forklift if certified.

Responsibilities

• Provide a great experience for our customers.
• Handle various sales transactions.
• Encourage customers to participate in company programs.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized store.
• Cross-train in all areas of store operations including stocking/sales duties.
• Other duties as assigned.
