Harbor Freight Tools is seeking a Senior Retail Sales Associate (full-time) to join a high performing team. You will be empowered to deliver great customer experiences and have opportunities to develop as a leader.

The anticipated rate is $19.50 per hour, with comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, 401(k), PTO up to 152 hours, and sick time up to 64 hours. Schedules run 6am–10pm.

Responsibilities

• Provide a great experience for our customers
• Handle various sales transactions
• Encourage customers to participate in company programs
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized store
• Cross-train in all areas of store operations including Stocking/Sales associate duties, and responsibilities
• Other duties as assigned
