Responsibilities include assisting customers, performing daily duties, and adhering to company procedures while Living the Pledge.

Position Responsibilities

1. Provide WOW! Customer Service
2. Complete assigned store tasks timely
3. Operate cash registers following cash handling procedures
4. Follow company policies and loss prevention procedures
5. Maintain a safe environment including PPE
6. Keep store appearance and merchandising standards
7. Restock and organize merchandise
8. Use ZNET to assist customers
9. Maintain product knowledge and current promotions
10. Assist with installing wiper blades, batteries, and light bulbs
11. Use OBDII to read vehicle codes and diagnose problems
12. Communicate with managers about customer and employee concerns
13. Develop customer service skills
14. Provide honest advice on products

Position Requirements
