Position Responsibilities

• Provide WOW! Customer Service
• Complete assigned store tasks promptly
• Operate cash registers following cash handling procedures
• Follow company policies and loss prevention procedures
• Maintain a safe working environment with PPE
• Keep store appearance and merchandising standards
• Restock merchandise and organize displays
• Use ZNET to locate merchandise and suggest alternatives
• Maintain product knowledge and current promotions
• Assist with installing wipers, batteries, and light bulbs
• Use OBDII to read vehicle codes and diagnose problems
• Communicate customer concerns and employee matters to management
• Develop effective customer service skills
• Provide honest advice on products fitting customer needs
