Join our team as a Senior Retail Sales Associate in a key holder role at our elegant retail boutique. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to kickstart your leadership journey. You will work closely with the management team to ensure smooth daily store operations, including opening and closing functions. Your role involves creating an inviting and inspiring store environment for customers and team members alike. You will drive sales through authentic customer connections, gain a deep understanding of key metrics, and lead by example to make a lasting impact.

The approximate hourly pay for this position is $20.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, knowledge, skills, abilities, and geographic location.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

• Boutique Key Holder: Support management with opening/closing duties, drive sales, and ensure a smooth, successful store operation.
• Customer/Hospitality Focus: Create a welcoming 'House of Hospitality' environment, engaging customers and driving sales through your energy and passion.
• Product Knowledge and Sales: Highlight your extensive product knowledge through tastings and customer interactions to increase sales and build our customer base.
• Brand Ambassador: Promote our mission and values around sustainability and recycling, being a catalyst for change through coffee.
• Store Operations and Safety: Assist with shipments, displays, and cleanliness to create an appealing environment.
• Training and Learning: Complete training to develop skills and coffee knowledge necessary for success.
