24 Seven Talent is seeking a Sr. Retail Production Rollout Lead for a hybrid role in the Minneapolis area.

You will direct planning and execution of large-scale retail fixture rollouts across hundreds of locations, balancing client expectations, production readiness, and timely delivery. You will partner with vendors, fabricators, installers, and internal teams, ensuring quality, schedule integrity, and a superior client experience while traveling locally as needed and coordinating

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of experience in retail production, project management, operations, or related roles.
• Proven success leading complex multi-location projects with many stakeholders and dependencies.
• Experience with retail fixture rollouts, installation coordination, or related environments.
• Strong organizational skills, judgment, and attention to detail.
• Clear client-facing communication with concise status reporting and action plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning, coordination, and execution for multi-site retail fixture, display, and shop-in-shop rollouts.
• Manage programs spanning ~200–500 locations from planning through installation and closeout.
• Develop and maintain master schedules, milestones, risk trackers, and status reporting.
• Coordinate client approvals, fixture reviews, testing, production readiness, and rollout authorization.
• Partner with fabrication and production vendors on readiness, schedules, and delivery.
• Coordinate installation partners, labor providers, internal teams, and stakeholders on ownership and handoffs.
• Lead client status updates, issue resolution, and action plans.
• Monitor delivery quality, installation readiness, and consistency across locations.
• Escalate risks and drive practical solutions.
• Collaborate across teams to maintain alignment and improve processes.
