Job summary

Cloud Hybrid Technologies, LLC is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead in-store retail operations initiatives in Irving, TX. The role oversees cross-functional teams and large-scale retail technology programs, including POS and self-checkout systems, to deliver on time and within budget.

Candidates should bring a 10+ years track record, a PMP or equivalent, and strong communication with C-level retail leaders. Bachelor’s required, Master’s a plus; offshore delivery experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; Master’s preferred.
• 10+ years total experience with at least 4 years in program management.
• Mandatory experience in retail domain, with store ops and systems.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams across PMO, DevOps, QA, and architecture.
• Strong executive presentation skills and ability to engage C-level retailers.
• PMP certification (or equivalent) is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead programs across multiple streams, teams, platforms and shared services.
• Oversee retail initiatives: store ops systems, POS, self-checkout.
• Manage offshore transitions, especially with Indian centers.
• Drive executive-level presentations and steering committee meetings.
• Establish governance, reporting and risk management for large programs.
• Ensure delivery within KPIs: budget, timelines, resources, quality.
• Maintain optimal team structure and support upskilling.
