Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in bank collection practices and procedures.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Prior foreclosure experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong leadership and ability to train and motivate teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee timely collections and follow-up of delinquent and charged-off loans.
• Manage an assigned portfolio of small business loans and delegate tasks as needed.
• Develop and implement collection strategies; monitor workflow and performance.
• Maintain knowledge of banking rules, bankruptcy, foreclosure, and collection law.
• Coordinate with third parties to liquidate foreclosed assets when necessary.
• Oversee daily overdrafts management on retail and small business accounts.
• Implement and train personnel on electronic collection systems.
• Ensure policies and procedures are current and compliant.
