The Retail Loan Collections (RLC) Manager is responsible for overseeing the collection and control of consumer, mortgage & indirect loan accounts that are delinquent, charged off, or experiencing other repayment challenges. Responsibilities include planning, directing, and controlling the retail loan and assigned small business collections function; ensuring that established collection policies, procedures, and legal requirements are followed; and periodically evaluating and modifying policies and procedures as needed. The RLC Manager will also be responsible for providing direction and leadership to department personnel and managing the day-to‑day operations, including monitoring collector performance and reporting work activities to the Special Credit Services Manager to achieve operational requirements.
$80,000 - $110,000 per year
Work is typically performed in an office setting. The employee is regularly required to sit for extended periods of time. The employee is occasionally required to move about the office utilizing proper ergonomic safeguards when doing so. Additionally, the employee must occasionally lift or move supplies and materials up to 20 pounds.
